General Assembly Announcement
In loving our Mishpocha, MVF has strived to support multiple feast day observances that align with personal beliefs. This will not ever change, for there is indeed joy and benefit in keeping feast days. At the same time, MVF recognizes the need to bring the congregation together at dedicated times for a general assembly. In doing so, we can share our testimonies and experiences.
Through research and study, MVF’s board has found that most disagreements in “feast day observance” centers around the measurement and accuracy of time and not practice. We know this to be true by the wide variety of calendar keeping in our faith-based communities. Sighted Moon, Creation, 360-day year, Hillel, Zadok, are just a few in our own backyard. Still, we would like to present one calendar on which we can share with one another.
In an effort to keep communication open, MVF will be providing links in the newsletter that give well-documented information in regards to this year’s calendar. Like most calendars, there is always a base reason or platform on which it was established. We are not sharing this to convince anyone, but desire transparency. Therefore, we invite you to review and critique.
As Abraham persisted in his walk with Yahweh and dug deep in areas of faith and understanding, we also are on a journey as we continue to search feast day observances. In doing so, MVF will be following the Zadok Priestly Calendar for 2025-2026 for our general assembly meeting times.
Assembly dates and video links will be sent out soon. Be super blessed.

Mid-Valley Fellowship Board.
