2026 Biblical Feast Days
What are the Feast Days? Biblical Feast Days as defined in Leviticus 23, are widely accepted as Yahweh’s anointed times to meet with His people and even given at the start of time.These set apart days became centered around a priesthood and temple that are no longer visible, but are still a part of God’s Word for our blessing.
Why keep the Feast Days? We do not “keep” these days for salvation, but to remember what has been done and what will be done prophetically. They are kept to recognize the life, death and resurrection of Yeshua who is the greater High Priest, giving us access to the Most Holy Place.
What calendar does MVF keep? There are many Feast Day calendars. Thankfully, when Yeshua returns, we will be made aware of His Kingdom Calendar (Zech. 14). While we wait for this correction, Mid-Valley Fellowship has chosen to follow the Zadok Priestly Calendar for the following reasons:
Since times (measurement of) and seasons (meaning feast days) were given on the 4th day of creation, we should consider this to be important in measuring current time.
Since the sun, moon, and stars, are mentioned to measure times and seasons, we should include all three and not just one luminary in our understanding.
According to Scripture, the Levitical priesthood led feast days activities. As direct descendants of the Levi order, Zadok and his family were given full authority by King David to be the High Priests of Isreal (I Kings 1:38-50), and by Yahweh God to minister to Yeshua and His chosen people in the last days overseeing judgements and ordinances. (Ezekiel 40-48). Therefore, MVF believes the authority of Zadok’s Priestly orders should be given value in understanding dates.
In trying to understand the meaning of “new moon” (a traditional concept in sighting times) MVF is choosing to interpret “new moon” in its original contextual form of “new month.”
2026 Festival Dates for MVF are as follows:
March 31, Tuesday – Passover: To be celebrated in homes as given in Exodus 20
April 1, Wednesday – Feast of Unleavened: A Holy Convocation as given in Lev. 23 @ MVF 6 p.m.
Feast of Unleavened Bread – Holy Convocation – Tuesday April 7th -McClain Silverton Park 5pm – 7pm Bring Soup and Salad to Share we will have an oneg!
April 12, Sunday – First Fruits counting of the Omer Day 1
May 31, Sunday – Shavuot/Pentecost: A Holy Convocation.
September 16, Wednesday – Feast of Trumpets, A Holy Convocation. Time and place TBA
September 25, Friday – Day of Atonement, A Holy Convocation @ MVF 6 p.m.
September 30 – October 7, Wednesday to Wednesday – Feast of Tabernacles. Time and place TBA
