Meet Maureen
She has four grown children; Kelly, age 48, who lives in Washington, John Henry, age 39, Kimberly, age 38, and Emily, age 31, who lives in Texas; and eight grandchildren.
Before she came to MVF, she and Ivy went to the same church where Maureen was head of kitchen ministry, but she was missing out on the service week after week being in the kitchen. One Sabbath Maureen, Jay and Janet came to visit MVF as they were all looking for a fellowship, and they stayed. Ivy joined them shortly after that. Sandy had weekly Bible studies that Maureen attended back then.
She hopes to grow in Yeshua more at MVF and she enjoys all the sermons here.
In her spare time she is a member of Gleaners. Ivy goes too and helps Maureen find a place for the produce as the Spirit leads them to folks in need.
She is disabled, but when she worked she was an administrative assistant until the business closed. After that she was a care provider in a home for seniors with Alzheimer’s. She was the head of a house.
Her hope is that all four of her kids and eight grandkids walk with Yeshua.
