Meet Sharon, she has two grown sons,
Aaron, age 44, wife Amber and
Tyler, age 37, wife Abby,
and five granddaughters.
Sharon found MVF through people back in Elgin, 119 Ministries and Leslie Klug. She started going to home churches and then moved to MVF when we moved to the current building.
She wants to be with like-minded people; worship and unity are important to her.
When she has had a bad day, week or year she cannot wait to walk through the doors to be reminded of the joy of her salvation and be renewed. Sharon wants to continually and intimately know His voice so when he directs or corrects her, she will act accordingly. Being able to identify the voice of the tempter and accuser of her soul so that she can silence him with the Word of the Lord.
In her spare time, Sharon volunteers at Hope Pregnancy Mentoring Initiative, goes to Bible study and loves outdoor activities like camping and travel.
She is retired. Her hopes and aspirations are to be encouraged by the Word and know Him even more, to raise her voice of praise and gratitude with the body, and that at times her feet can join the dance.
HalleluYah!
