How do we see? For some it would be hind-sight. For others it can be blind-sight. And there are even those who use rose colored-sight. What type of sight does Yahweh want us to use? In my estimation, it’s how we view ourselves, others, and our circumstances that affect our Kingdom vision. Do the pictures in Re’eh, give some in-sight!
In reading I Jn. 4: 1-6, what does it mean–Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. And, what is the spirit of truth and what is the spirit of error?
Isaiah 54 speaks about enlarging your tent, not being ashamed, and defining your husband as your maker. How do we sabotage these concepts?
In Isaiah 55, the text begins with:
“You there! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters;
And you who have no money come, buy and eat.
Come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without cost.”
Who does the above text apply to? If it is you, are you willing to accept what is being said – for yourself?
In Deuteronomy 11-16 we read about blessings and curses, identifying false gods and those who entice you to do so. It also talks about what is clean and what is not clean. We even read about Sabbatical years. Do these commands apply to you? If so, how?
Can you see a common thread among these texts. If so, what would it be?
Before you answer any of the above questions, I would humbly request for you to pray:
“Abba Father, open my eyes so that I may see. Let your Spirit fall upon me so that my human blindness is removed. I ask for the piercing eyesight of Yeshua to judge me so the eyes of my spirit, soul, and mind can discern that which is truth and not what is my truth. I ask this in the Name of Yeshua, Amen.
